๐ถ Are kids welcome?
We're so excited for our wedding day and while we love having you little ones around when we see you, we've chosen to keep our celebration adults-only. Exception are babies still breastfeeding. Use the kitchen for whatever you may need.
๐ผ Where can I park my pram?
As there are quite a few babies, we would kindly ask you keep prams in our allocated pram parking spot.
โ๏ธ What will the weather be like?
Welcome to sunny England, all of you out-of-towners. In the spirit of festival we will spend a lot of time out doors.
Please bring some warm layers for the evening, we don't want anyone freezing their toes off... ๐
๐ Whatโs happening Friday?
For those on site, feel free to come around from 4pm onward. We will be serving delicious pizza (well, you will make them). We ask you bring your own drinks and keep it casual in the perfect festival style as we gather around the fire, jump in the pond and relax in the sauna. We will of course take care of the bar all of Saturday.
๐คฟ Whatโs happening Sunday?
There will be self served brekkie in the kitchen. Feel free to use the sauna to recover and chill out in the sunshine (YES, the sun will be out!) We need to leave the place spotless at 2pm.
๐ฌ Speeches and songs
We are so grateful for all your kind words and well wishes! To keep the flow of the day and evening, we kindly ask that only our immediate family (parents and siblings) give short speeches on the wedding day. However, we would love to hear from everyone, so weโve set aside a special speech session on Friday for those whoโd like to say a few words. If you'd like to participate, please coordinate in advance with our toastmaster, Jonas Frahm (Jessieโs brother-in-law).
๐ Wedding presents
Your presence is our present! This said many have asked, so for those who insists... As you know, we did the not so clever thing of buying a house and have a wedding at the same time, so gift cards to Vinterior would be amazing. Alternatively donate to our honeymoon fund.
๐ Where should I park?
Free parking available โ 20 spots only. Request a space and let us know if you have a spare seat for carpooling from London. HERE.
๐ What should I wear?
Bring your most fabulous sparkles and some layers. Fancy festival.
๐๏ธ Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our dinner and afterparty will be under cover.
๐ What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
Do not wear stiletto heels. We're on grass so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.
๐ธ Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them in our folder. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
๐ง Will there be any activities happening that I need to know about?
In true festival spirit there will be fun around site. For those staying all weekend bring towels and swimwear wear so we can jump in the lake and sauna. Oh, and yoga wear.
